Startup Braga is looking for a Junior Program Manager to join our team and support the development of the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated and passionate professionals who thrive in the world of startups, new technologies, and innovative business models. 

If you have a background in Economics, Management, or related fields, experience in the innovation ecosystem, and project management skills, this position is for you. You will play an active role in organizing and implementing acceleration programs, entrepreneur training, and managing strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of pre-acceleration and acceleration programs for startups;
• Assist in the planning and execution of training programs for entrepreneurs;
• Manage the pipeline of applications and selection processes;
• Contribute to planning and executing other initiatives aimed at supporting the development of new technology-based business ideas;
• Develop new partnerships and strengthen existing ones in alignment with Startup Braga’s goals;
• Plan and implement initiatives within international networks to promote Startup Braga and the startups in its community;
• Organize events related to the startup ecosystem. 

 

Profile:

• Higher education and scientific knowledge in Economics, Management, or related fields;
• Project management course;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English;
• At least 2 years of experience in the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem; 
• Knowledge of methodologies and best practices associated with startups;
• Creative and independent thinking, strong organizational skills; 
• Interest in new technologies and emerging economic areas.
