Sales Manager - Position Filled

The Role

This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Sales Manager to join a fast-scaling business at an exciting time in our development. Our technology is unique, so is our mindset! We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact in full-time.

You will be the one making our customer base (literally) exploding (in size)! Your focus will be to manage the entire customer lifecycle, with your main goals being to acquire leads that convert into customers. You should positively influence:

  • Customer acquisition;
  • Customer qualification;
  • Customer conversion;
  • Customer retention;
  • Customer lifetime value.

You’ll also be responsible for developing relationships with leads by designing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. You will report directly to our COO.

 

What you'll do

You will:

  • Identify, build, and develop a network of key business stakeholders and decision makers in target sectors and markets;
  • Identify, develop, and build new business opportunities to help the business achieve its revenue goals;
  • Attending networking events to build relationships and identify sales opportunities;
  • Established and cultivated solid business relationships with new or existing customers;
  • Ensure our customers get to their 'WOW' moment quicker, churn is kept low and LTV is increased;
  • Developed monthly sales reports.


You must:

  • Have the right contacts and leads within markets such as Retail, Sports, Conferences or Events;
  • Knowledge in sales in the B2B space, with a focus on technology-related sales;
  • Degree in the areas of management, digital marketing, business administration or similar;
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication.

  • Super team player;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset;
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (verbal and written).
