PluggableAI, a technology-based project incubated at Startup Braga, has won first place with its “FAN OF THE MATCH” technology in one of the most important international sports competitions, the Sport Innovation Challenge, promoted by ThinkSport and held at the Olympic Museum in Lausanne.
This competition, which takes place as part of The SPOT event, brings together leaders from elite organizations such as the International Olympic Committee, FIFA, UEFA, British Olympic Association and Fédération Française de Natation, Fédération Equestre Internationale, among others.
The award-winning technology, entitled “FAN OF THE MATCH”, stands out for using Artificial Intelligence and non-intrusive sensors to create unique engagement experiences for fans of sporting events.
The competition awarded PluggableAI a prize of CHF 10,000, participation as a speaker at THE SPOT event and the chance to develop long-term strategic partnerships with the international sports ecosystem.
Founded in 2022 and based at Startup Braga's technology hub, PluggableAI sees this achievement as an important milestone in its journey, validating its work and confirming the global potential of its AI-powered fan engagement solutions.
