This Monday, Bootcamp 4: Communication, Marketing, Brand Responsibility and Sales of Empreender@Braga took place. Empreendedores and Youth Associations met again for another day of learning, sharing experiences and reflecting on growth strategies.
The event's speakers were Daniela Pereira, Brand Responsibility Specialist at MC Sonae, and João Freitas, Chief of Growth & Marketing at Host Hotel Systems.
The first part of the Bootcamp focussed on the importance of communicating with impact and driving sales. To this end, the distinction between Communication and Marketing was essential, providing participants with tools and strategies to strengthen the image and profitability of their brands.
Throughout the event, Daniela Pereira challenged participants to develop express strategic plans and to explore artificial intelligence as a tool for streamlining processes and optimising results.
João Freitas, for his part, promoted reflection on cultural differences when entering new markets, emphasising the importance of getting to know people and respecting their ways of seeing the world as key elements for success. In the world of sales, João didn't hesitate to share a valuable lesson: "the power of friendship is powerful".
The participants left the Bootcamp better prepared to face the challenges of the digital world and the global market, equipped with new communication tools, effective marketing strategies and an awareness of the importance of responsible branding.
