Startup Braga claims the 7th position among 125 European incubators and accelerators featured in Europe’s Leading Start-Up Hubs 2024, a ranking conducted by Statista in partnership with the Financial Times and Sifted. This recognition not only celebrates Startup Braga but also Portugal as the 6th country with the most innovative startup hubs in Europe.

Over a decade, Startup Braga, the innovation hub of InvestBraga, has propelled capacity-building, pre-acceleration, acceleration, and incubation programs for startups, resulting in a 75% survival rate for supported projects. Initiatives such as Startup Point, the School of CEOs, the SCB Innovation Hub, and iTech Tourism stand out among others.

Ricardo Rio, Mayor of Braga, highlights the merit of innovative ideas and projects that choose Braga as their starting point. Currently, the Startup Braga community boasts over 250 startups, enjoying broad national and international credibility.
